Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Due to heavy volume and certain country customs requirements, some packages make take up to 30 days to clear customs for delivery. Christian Wall Murals does not have unlimited access to track, locate, or claim package(s) after 45 days.
Some countries’ customs department requirements and restrictions, insurance, tracking updates and other information may be limited or not available, rendering package tracking difficulty. How long does shipping take?
We ship daily via USPS (United States Postal Service). We ship all orders from our factory in Los Angeles, CA, U.S.A. We do not drop ship from distributors. All P.O. Box and APO are accepted. Please allow between 1-3 business days for processing of your order. Processing times are subject to change without prior notice. Most of our customers in the U.S. receive their orders within 10-14 business days. International packages generally take anywhere from 5 days to 3 weeks. We are not responsible for any delays or fees due to customs regulations in any given country. Generally customers outside the U.S. receive their orders within 3-14 business days after processing.
What if I need my order by a certain time?
You can choose the "Express Shipping" option at checkout.
Where is my package?
If you have provided the processing department with an incorrect address or zip code, Christian Wall Murals is not responsible for the location of your order. In most cases improperly mailed orders will get shipped back to Christian Wall Murals. It is your responsibility to follow up to see if we have or have not received your returned package. An additional fee will be assessed for shipping to the correct address.
What if it's been 3 weeks and I still have not seen my package?
Customers must check with your local Post Office immediately and/or your country customs department for regulations. Due to heavy volume and certain country customs requirements, some packages make take up to 30 days to clear customs for delivery. Christian Wall Murals does not have unlimited access to track, locate, or claim package(s) after 45 days. Please notify us immediately so we can assist you better.
